Discovery Call

This is a free 30 minute discovery call where you can get to know your coach and determine if Untethered Life Coaching is a good fit for you.

Coaching session

Each coaching session is 60 minutes. Coaching sessions are structured to guide you through processing a current struggle or issue by untangling what is seen to understand what is unseen. Whether it be past pains, faulty beliefs, or strongholds of sin there is a reason for why we find ourselves stuck. The gentle Untethered coaching process leads to freedom and healing through the wisdom and guidance of the Holy Spirit. Coaching is not to be used in place of professional counseling and therapy, but can be very helpful for anyone who needs someone to listen and help process with them through their current struggle. Sessions are offered in person or virtually.

Speaking Intensives

Mental Health Training

Untethering Through the Gospel

How does the Gospel bring freedom and untethering from mental health struggles and destructive behavior patterns? In this powerful presentation you will walk away with a greater understanding of the entirety of the Gospel message and how it relates to mental health and Jesus’s mission to preach good news to the poor, to bind up the brokenhearted, proclaim liberty to the captives, and open the prison doors of those who are bound. You will walk away from this intensive encouraged and empowered to live the abundant life. Presentation is 90 minutes.
